There are a number of options available for registering a vehicle or booking a pitch for a stall.

Our preferred option for registration, and one that saves you postage costs, is the online one.
All entrants will receive a programme, including a list of entrants and a memento of the rally when they arrive on the rally field. There will be prizes for all classes, with judging by a panel selected by the organisers.
The fee for advance booking is £5.00 per exhibit, per day, which includes entry to the field for the vehicle, driver and up to 3 passengers. (£7.00 for on the day registrations) . Entrants name and vehicle details will appear in the List of Entrants, on our website and in the event programme, published in the Hebden Bridge Times. (Please register by 18th July for inclusion in the programme). If you would prefer your entry to remain anonymous please tick the appropriate box on your entry form.
To guarantee the place you have booked please be on the rally field by 11.30am and remain there until after prize giving ( approx. 3.30pm).
Due to the limited space available, only entry forms for vehicles registered within the date limits of each category can be accepted Entry on the day of the event will be subject to the organisers
discretion and an entry fee of £7.00. If the entry is fully booked with pre day bookings there will be no admission for ‘on the day entries’, so please try to pre book, to avoid disappointment.
The relatively new categories of ‘Replica or Kit Cars’ on Saturday and ‘American Vehicles on Sunday have again proved popular, and we will be including them again this year. Another new class was Novelty Vehicles, which included pedal cars, classic bicycles, soapbox racing cars, etc. is included again, this year. We hope this class will enhance the event and encourage entrants from young enthusiasts.
Once again we will be organising a Scenic Run but around a different route. If you would like to participate in the run, which takes place on the Sunday, please indicate so on your entry form. We would be delighted to receive any additional information about your vehicle which could be used in the rally programme and in our promotional material.
Rally registration cards will be sent out from late May onwards.
We would like to emphasise that all profits made from the rally are distributed to local, national and international charities and good causes and that all volunteers working at the event give their time freely. The entry fee goes some way to deferring the direct costs of the rally and thus helps us raise money for those in need and those less fortunate than ourselves.
