Late Entries 2025
Late Entries
Space is limited to accommodate late entries, accordingly this year we are keeping our pre-booking pages open until the eve of the event i.e. Friday 1st August 2025. If you book after the 22nd July 2025 you will not receive a posted entry card and you will have to use the email you will have received to gain entry to the park.
Anyone wishing to enter a vehicle to exhibit on the day which we are trying to discourage due to congestion at the gate, can still do so by attending early on Saturday 2nd or Sunday 3rd August, gates open at 10.00 a.m. Marshalls will guide you to the late entry desk where you will have to complete and sign a form and pay an enhanced entry fee which is £15.00 (cash or card) per vehicle (motorcycles £5.00) which includes the driver and one passenger. The vehicle classes are given below and your vehicle depending on type and age, must fall into one of those categories on the day to be eligible. Please scroll down and check for the correct day for you to enter, you can come on both days if your vehicle is eligible on both days.
Please come early to ensure you secure a place as no vehicles will be admitted to the park after 11.30 a.m. you should therefore allow sufficient time to complete your entry before this cut-off point.
